Meech is a leading Web Cleaning manufacturer with a comprehensive range of four systems. Each system is based on a different cleaning principle; this uniquely allows us to provide our customers with a system best suited for their application. All Meech systems incorporate the latest shockless AC static control bars as standard which is crucial for comprehensive contamination removal. Meech has more than 200 successful web cleaning installations in a range of industries including Packaging, Printing and Converting.
The Meech range comprises two Non-Contact and four Contact cleaning technologies.
Meech Contact Web-Cleaners provide exceptional contamination removal for a wide range of applications. Utilising either tacky roller or vacuum cleaning technology all products in the range incorporate the latest shockless AC static control. This is crucial for comprehensive contamination removal, and will remove particles as small as 0.5 micron. Designed to be either single or double sided, the TakClean™, VacClean™, and RoClean™ Contact Web Cleaning systems offer effective cleaning on a wide variety of materials.
RoClean is the latest contact web cleaner from Meech, delivering excellent surface cleaning results for the battery film manufacturing industry as well as other applications demanding exceptional cleaning standards.
RoClean effectively cleans the web surface through the use of both static control and an efficient bristle roller brush. The 924IPS ionising bars neutralise the static charges on the web, releasing the contaminants, whilst the bristle brush rollers rotate at speed in order to sweep clean the surface. The contamination is then immediately vacuumed into the AHU filtration unit to avoid recontamination of the surface.
As RoClean is positioned above or below a guide roller on the web production line, it avoids all issues of tension in order to provide a high level of surface cleaning. For double-sided cleaning, two units may be used consecutively on the line.
In order to meet the varying needs of applications, RoClean brush rollers are interchangeable. This gives the ability to use the most suitable bristle media to meet the needs of the application and the material, be it a delicate surface or a more demanding application. This makes the RoClean versatile to a number of installations and changing production lines.
The Meech TakClean contact web cleaning system is designed primarily for use in the label and narrow web markets to remove dry, unbonded contamination from a moving web efficiently.
TakClean incorporates the specially formulated TransTak elastomer contact cleaning rollers and perforated adhesive rolls which, combined, make TakClean the ultimate elastomer based web cleaning machine.
The Meech VacClean™ contact web cleaning system is an evolution of Meech’s successful Tornado system, of which there are hundreds of installations globally. VacClean systems incorporate an enhanced contact cleaning manifold with either an Air Handling Unit (AHU) or vacuum fan unit, depending on the installation environment and web width.
Meech Non-Contact Web-Cleaners provide exceptional contamination removal for a wide range of applications. Utilising either an airflow combination or roller airflow technology, all products in the range incorporate the latest shockless AC static control, crucial for comprehensive contamination removal, and will remove particles as small as 0.3 micron. Designed to work on double-sided webs the CyClean™ and CyClean-R™ Non Contact Web Cleaning systems offer effective cleaning on a wide variety of materials.
The Meech CyClean™ has been designed in response to increased demand for a compact, high performance, non-contact web cleaning system.
Through the application of advanced computational fluid dynamics, Meech has optimised the cleaning efficiency of CyClean to remove and extract contamination to below 1 micron.
A CyClean system comprises three main components; the cleaning head, active static control and an Air Handling Unit (AHU).

CyClean-R is an extension to our extremely popular CyClean non-contact web cleaning range. The CyClean-R was designed to meet the need in the market for an advanced web cleaning system that can be used on web that sits around a roller. This makes the CyClean-R ideal for use in many applications, especially those with low-tension webs.
The CyClean-R provides a specialised solution for low-tension web cleaning. The CyClean-R is designed to be positioned on the roller, where the web tension is at its highest, therefore bypassing the issues of low tension and still delivering excellent surface cleaning. It uses the engineered CyClean cleaning technique of advanced computational fluid dynamics, whilst bypassing the challenges presented by low tension webs by cleaning the web on the roller. It is supplied with the latest Hyperion 924IPS Bars offering industry-leading static elimination.
CyClean-R is available as a single-sided cleaning system, but can be offered as a double-sided cleaning configuration as an option. CyClean-R delivers consistent removal of dry, unbonded contamination from the web surface (particle removal to 0.5 micron is achievable).
The CyClean-R for Mid Webs (200mm – 699mm) is currently available as a fixed system, with either top-feed or end-feed. If you are unsure which system would be best for you, please contact our industry experts for advice.

The CyClean-R for Narrow Webs (200mm – 699mm) is available in three ‘opening options’: a fixed system, a manual lift opening or a manual tilt opening. This allows you to choose the system most suitable for your application, installation and budget. If you are unsure which system would be best for you, please contact our industry experts for advice.

This allows you to choose the system most suitable for your application, installation and budget. To ensure the strength of the CyClean-R for wide web, a carapace is introduced to the design, improving the rigidity of the structure for improved performance.
