Electrovert Cleaners

Aquastorm series PCB cleaners were introduced in 1996. With over 600 total units installed worldwide, the Aquastorm is considered the industry’s best for precision cleaning performance, quality construction, and life cycle durability. Superb design, robust construction, and quality engineering have ensured the long history and success of the Aquastorm. Combined with innovative features, technologies and performance, the Aquastorm continues to be the industry leader and benchmark for cleaners in the industry.

Aquastorm 200 SST In-line PCB Cleaner

The Electrovert Aquastorm is a versatile, high performance cleaning system designed to optimize the PCB cleaning process while minimizing overall cost.  Aquastorm features the most advanced cleaning technologies in an energy-efficient design.

As high-reliability PCBs become miniaturized, denser, and more complex, board assemblers are seeking ways to increase board level reliability; cleaning is seen as a process solution.  Additionally, the importance of cleaning electronic assemblies increases dramatically in lead-free soldering applications.

The Aquastorm 200 Stainless Steel is the ultimate in process flexibility and performance.  The dual wash tank design allows dual chemistry mode, combo DI and chemistry mode, and/or a combined 2.75 meters (9 feet) of a dynamic wash section.

Aquastorm 200 In-line PCB Cleaner

As high-reliability PCBs become miniaturized, denser and more complex, board assemblers are seeking ways to increase board level reliability, and cleaning is seen as a process solution.  Additionally, the importance of cleaning electronic assemblies increases dramatically in lead-free soldering applications.

The Electrovert® Aquastorm™ series PCB cleaning machines are designed to provide complete cleaning process flexibility, superior cleaning and drying performance, process monitoring, and reliability.  The Electrovert approach is to provide the market with a range of Aquastorm series cleaners that utilize technologies that exceed cleaning and drying expectations.

Aquastorm 100 In-line PCB Cleaner

Aquastorm 50 Batch PCB Cleaner

Today’s challenges for PCB manufacturers hinge on high density, increasing complexity, and miniaturization.  Manufacturers who currently clean with batch-type cleaners are looking for a solution that will increase cleaning capability without moving to an in-line cleaner.  The Aquastorm 50 batch cleaner utilizes technologies that are common to the Aquastorm 100 and 200 in-line PCB cleaning machines but are offered in a batch footprint.

MicroCel Centrifugal Cleaner

The MicroCel Centrifugal cleaning system provides high-performance, complete cleaning of electronic circuit assemblies, precision parts, medical devices, wafers, and advanced packages including flip chips, MCMs, SIPs, BGAs, CSPs, and hybrid electronics.

Centrifugal energy, produced when parts are rotated inside a sealed process chamber, provides thorough penetration, solubilization, and contaminant removal when couple with appropriate cleaning chemistries.

Fixturing:

Products cleaned in the MicroCel are held in place and secured to the robot head using either universal adjustable fixtures, standard magazines/carriers, or custom fixtures specific to the product type.
