The powerful 914 Short-Range Ionising Bar is a highly effective static elimination solution, used across a wide range of industrial processes and industries worldwide. Specifically designed for neutralising static electricity where unwanted static charges can disrupt production, damage materials, or pose safety risks.
Featuring sharp titanium emitter pins, the 914 provides long-term performance. These pins are resistively coupled for shockless operation, making the device safe and therefore enhancing operator safety. Additionally, the 914 Short-Range Ionising Bar delivers effective ionisation up to distances of 100mm. Its design allows it to meet even the most demanding static control problems, including those encountered in high-speed applications. Furthermore, the 914 Ionising Bar holds CE and UL certifications. The model 914 operates with Meech’s 906 Power Unit pre-set to 5kV.

The Meech Model 915 AC Anti-Static Bar has been designed to meet the most arduous of static elimination problems, including those encountered in high speed web applications.
The powerful performance of the Model 915 provides very fast decay times and effective ionisation up to distances of 150mm. The Model 915 bar is shockless and is easily maintained. It is powered by the Meech 906 Power Unit.
The Meech 925 is an AC Ionising bar, designed to eliminate static in high-temperature applications. With a maximum operating temperature of 150°C, the 925 can be mounted in areas not suitable for standard AC ionising bars.
The powerful performance of this anti-static bar provides very effective neutralisation of static charges at distances up to 100mm.
The emitter pins of the 925 are directly coupled to the HT output of the Meech 906 Power Unit. The 906 has a maximum output current of 5mA; an internationally recognised safe current.
The Meech 913 Flow Tube is designed to neutralise static charges on materials in handling and conveying systems. Eliminating static prevents blockages and adhesion in ducting systems caused by static build-up. Production is no longer interrupted by the need to unblock systems, saving valuable time and improving overall efficiency.
The Flow Tube features a stainless steel tube fitted with our 914 Static Eliminator that is connected to our 906 Power Unit. Additionally, it is available in multiple diameters based on your existing ducting system.
As a result, the Meech 913 Flow Tube is ideal for a wide range of industries such as plastics and converting. With it’s reliable performance, it delivers a simple yet powerful solution for optimising production processes.
The 954v3 Ionising Air Gun is our effective handheld air-assist gun, specifically for dust removal and neutralisation of static electricity across a wide range of industrial processes.
The 954v3 optimises an air nozzle design that offers quiet, effective static ionisation. Additionally, the resistively coupled Titanium emitters ensure shockless operation for operator safety while delivering fast ionisation with impressive decay speeds to break the surface boundary layer, release and blow-away contamination. Furthermore, the air nozzle’s trigger allows for economical use of compressed air, helping reduce operating costs. This ergonomic trigger has a light-weight frame to ensure comfortable operator control without fatigue, prolonging use.
Also featuring integral bypass holes, the 954v3 cannot be dead-ended, meeting pressure safety standards.
Finally, the Meech 906 Power Unit powers the 954v3 Ionising Air Gun and supports between one and four guns.
