Hyperion 959IPS Ionising Air Curtain
The Hyperion 959IPS ionising air curtain is an extremely versatile product that provides effective static neutralisation and dust removal for a wide range of industrial applications.
The unit comprises a Hyperion 924IPS mounted on a Meech energy saving air curtain. Combined they provide a high speed laminar sheet of ionised air.
As with other Hyperion products, the 959IPS features Meech’s Ion Current Monitoring (ICM) technology, which ensures performance is maintained with local and remote alerts when the bar needs cleaning.
Fully BarMaster compatible, the frequency and balance can be adjusted to optimise performance.
Hyperion 936 Ionising Blower
The Hyperion 936IPS Blower provides effective long-range ionisation over a large area. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of industries, such as where there is a requirement for ionisation of three-dimensional objects on a conveyor or for a collection bin.
The 936 Blower is comprised of an ionising head and an integrated fan system. A high volume flow of ionised air is generated by blowing air through the ionisation head at the mouth of the unit. Ionisation is provided by the 924IPS bar, generating an operating range of up to 1200mm.
As a part of the Hyperion range, the 936IPS uses the same 4 pin M8 connector as the other Hyperion products including the 924IPS, 945IPS and 971IPS. OEM customers can power the blower directly from their own 24V supply. End-users may prefer to buy a 24V switch mode power supply from Meech.
The 936 Blower features all the adjustability and monitoring that you would expect from a Hyperion product. Fully BarMaster compatible, the output can be adjusted to suit particularly difficult applications. The 924IPS which is integrated into the 936IPS, is the first Hyperion bar to have an adjustable output voltage. This feature is useful in very sensitive applications such as cleanroom environments and gives complete control over the output.
Hyperion 994CG – Compact Generator
The Hyperion 994CG Compact IML Generator is the first generator to be developed as part of the Hyperion range. Developed for the In Mould Labelling (IML) market, Meech has designed the 994CG to meet the growing demand for a compact, lightweight generator to fit on the end of a robot arm.
The 994CG is the only generator to feature 4 x 25kV outlets, allowing the coupling of Meech Hydras without the need for a splitter whilst still maintaining its compact dimensions. Powered by a 22-26VDC supply it is one of the most powerful compact IML Generators available.
Hyperion IonCharge50 (75W)
The new Meech Hyperion IonCharge50 is part of the new IonCharge family of static generators from Meech that includes IonCharge50 and the more compact IonCharge30.
IonCharge50 (75W) static generator is designed for a range of applications. It uses advanced high voltage technology and software for a controlled static charge via our range of static generator bars and pinning heads.
The IonCharge50 provides independently selectable voltage and current and the inclusion of a colour touchscreen interface provides simple adjustment and clear display of settings.
The functionality and simple adjustment and control of the output voltage and current means that the IonCharge50 is extremely versatile and effective for a range of applications and materials.

906 Power Unit
The Hyperion™ 906 Power Unit powers our range of AC static eliminator bars. Manually adjustable controller settings via a BarMaster Remote Programmer or SmartControl™ Touch allow performance optimisation for ionising power between 2-7kV to suit the requirement. To ensure a high level of operator safety, the 906 features a short circuit current of <5mA. Additionally, LEDs on the power unit indicate operational status and dual remote signals indicate when the current is low or a fault has been detected.
Furthermore, the 906 Power Unit powers up to four bars simultaneously, as a result making it suitable on a wide range of industrial processes and static eliminator applications.
In addition to the standard model, the 906 is available in two other versions for use in hazardous locations; 906HL 5kV and 906HL 7kV. These are specifically designed for use with our 914EX Short-Range Ionising Bar and 915EX Static Eliminator bars, respectively.
906HL 7kV Power Unit
The Hyperion™ 906HL 7kV Power Unit powers our 915EX Long-Range Ionising Bar. The 915EX is an exceptional static eliminator with ATEX certification, intended for use in hazardous areas. To ensure a high level of operator safety, the 906HL 7kV features a short circuit current of <5mA. Additionally, LEDs on the power unit indicate operational status and dual remote signals indicate when the current is low or a fault has been detected.
Furthermore, the 906 Power Unit powers up to four 915EX bars simultaneously, as a result, making it suitable on a wide range of industrial processes and static eliminator applications.
Regardless of the application, users must position the 906HL 7kV outside of the hazardous area.
In addition, the 906HL 7kV is available in another version for use in hazardous locations; 906HL 5kV, specifically designed for use with our 914EX Short-Range Ionising Bar.
PulseDrive Plus PDC Controller
The Hyperion™ PulseDrive Plus PDC Controller controls and powers Meech ionisers. Features include a front-panel keypad so operators can locally adjust parameters, allowing performance optimisation of the output voltage (up to 15kV), frequency for range, and balance for speed and accuracy to suit the requirement. The PulseDrive uses ion current monitoring technology to determine and provide performance status of the attached ionisers.
LEDs on the controller display operation status and users can turn the HV output on or off remotely via an external switch or volt-free contacts.
Two pairs of HV outputs allow users to connect two ionisers directly. For powering more than two ionisers from one PulseDrive, DC Splitters can be connected.
Furthermore, users can integrate the PulseDrive with our remote programmers SmartControl™ Touch or BarMaster Remote Programmer.
Finally, we also offer the PulseDrive Plus PDC Controller in two other versions for use with products intended for hazardous locations, PulseDrive Plus HL 5.5kV and PulseDrive Plus HL 9.0kV. These are specifically designed for use with our 924EX and 976EX Static Eliminator bars.

650QAC Quasi AC Ionising Bar
The 650QAC ionising bar from Meech is part of the advanced Hyperion range. It’s innovative design features new technology to achieve a very low and stable offset voltage. This level of ionisation performance is often required in the electronics industry where ESD (electrostatic discharge) control standards requires ionising devices with offset voltages of less than +/- 35V.
Short-Range Ionising Bar
The Hyperion™ 924IPSv3 ionising bar utilises a 24V DC integrated power supply, capable of providing ionising power for short range distances up to 200mm. In addition, it is specifically designed with full length ionisation, ensuring full performance over its entire length. Furthermore, it is the most compact pulsed DC bar available on the market.
The Hyperion™ 924IPSv3 also integrates with our SmartControl Touch™ and BarMaster Programmer for adjustability of the output voltage, frequency and balance settings, giving the operator the ability to optimise performance for specific conditions. The LED on the bar indicates status and whether the bar needs cleaning, whilst dual alarm signals for PLCs, buzzers and remote lamps will remotely alert operators to check the bar.
As part of our continuous improvement programme, the 924IPSv3 replaces the 924IPSv2, our best-selling 24V DC ionising bar. The 924IPSv3 includes enhancements that further improve its performance. For example, pure Titanium emitter pins shaped with a rounded tip to guarantee the highest level of performance and a long life.
Finally, the 924IPSv3 is available in two alternative versions to meet different application needs. For example, the 924EX Short-Range Ionising Bar for hazardous areas and the 924S Short-Range Ionising Bar for use on wide format digital printers.
Mid-Range Ionising Bar
The Hyperion™ 945IPS Ionising Bar introduces new technology, whilst retaining all the key features and benefits of our Hyperion™ range. In particular, it maintains powerful 15kV output, ion current monitoring (ICM) technology and fault/cleaning alarms. Additionally, it integrates with our SmartControl Touch™ and BarMaster Programmer for adjustability and remote monitoring.
As a result of our continuous improvement program, the 945IPS Ionising Bar includes several enhancements that further improve its performance. For example, using pure Titanium emitter pins with a new rounded pin shape, specifically to deliver the highest level of performance and resist corrosion. Additionally, using a raised bar profile height optimises the ionisation performance of the powerful 15kV output. Furthermore, we have improved mounting of the bar, using a wide T-slot and a new design T-slide to enhance mounting reliability.
We have carefully engineered these features into the 945IPS Ionising Bar and as a result, created a market leading performance ionising bar. The 945IPS, therefore, can be used across many industries and applications.
Hyperion Extra Long-Range Pulsed DC Ionising Bar
The Meech 971IPS-30 Extra Long-Range Pulsed DC Ionising Bar is the latest addition to the Meech Hyperion Range.
The 971IPS-30 is powered by an integrated +/- 30kV 24V DC power supply, making it the most powerful ionising bar in Meech’s range.
The 971IPS-30 is suitable for ultra-long range applications from 450 to 1500mm.
Equipped with Meech’s Ion Current Monitoring (ICM) technology, bar performance is maintained with local and remote alarms indicating when the bar needs cleaning. The Hyperion BarMaster remote programmer can also be used to adjust the frequency and balance of the bar, optimizing it for each application.
Hyperion 314IPS Hygienic Ionising Bar
The 314IPS is a compact pulsed DC ionising bar specifically designed for use in hygienic applications. Its PTFE construction is ideally suited to use on Hygienic food and pharmaceutical machinery. It is used to control static electric charges in short range applications (20-150mm).
The smooth design minimises the risk of dirt and contamination getting trapped on the bar, and would be beneficial to industries where hygiene is critical, for example, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Food Packaging.
The 314IPS is the latest innovation to Meech and is the first of its kind. The compact bar meets relevant GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines, and also features FDA and EU compliant food-contact materials.
